• Payment Terms
  • Payment MUST be cleared before delivery driver leaves carpet on site
  • Transax for immediate cheque clearance - cost 5%
  • Payment can be made via PayPal - cost 4%
  • Credit and debit cards accepted via PayPal only
  • Cheques cleared prior to delivery attract no extra cost
• Returns Policy
  • Any lengths cut by us necessitates a 20% restocking charge
  • Strictly "as new condition only" returnable
  • Only unwrapped underlay refunded, opened rolls non-returnable
  • Collection by us necessitates flat fee (in addition to any % restocking charge for having cut it for you)
  • Refunds made within 48 hours of goods returned to depot satisfactorily
• Complaints Policy
  • Wear and fault complaints only
  • Fitting contracts are not our responsibility
  • Manufacturers guarantee honoured, complaints must be made within standard terms
• Delivery Terms
  • Delivery to ground floor only to any premises stated by payee
  • Special delivery by arrangement only (i.e. via stairways etc)
  • Paintings, ornaments and furnishings must be removed from delivery access
  • Paintwork, wallpaper and floorings must be protected by customer, no liability by delivery driver or teams
  • Access to be confirmed by customer who bears responsibilty
  • Additional delivery costs borne by client if access is obstructed
• Colour Matching
  • All orders colour matched as standard
  • Non-colour matched orders at preferable prices
  • Samples sent prior to delivery to confirm acceptability
